Shillong Evangelistic Meeting 2025 | Mission report

Grace and peace be with you from our Lord Jesus Christ.

I am pleased to share with you this good report on our evangelistic program which was held on the 12th, 13th and 14th December 2025 at Mawkhar, Shillong. The theme of this meeting is - The Second coming of Jesus Christ.

These three days of the evangelistic program were indeed times of renewal that gave strength and encouragement to the believers. We witness the miraculous power of the Gospel. The meeting was joyful, and encouraging to seekers of truth. I believe people can see the simplicity of the Gospel. Precious souls, friends, fellow servants, and relatives from far and near came to hear the messages for this time from the Word of God.

Some of our audiences received information from Facebook, some from WhatsApp and some from the pamphlets we distributed. I am glad that they have the courage to come despite the pressures of time, illness, difficulties and sufferings that they may face at this time. God knows their experience and knows how much they long and thirst for righteousness and truth. They did not seek God in vain, for he knew how to supply their needs. It is also a great joy to meet face to face with those we have met through social media and by sending books. How happy that our brothers and sisters from different parts of the Khasi Jaintia region have come to join and participate with us. Some of them were with us for all three days and stayed with their families and some of them stayed in homestays.

It is a very pleasant meeting. From children to adults, they expressed their excitement and the joy of fellowship on these days. Dozens of people we were able to witness during these three days. Many say that the messages they hear are very related and match the needs of their souls. This meetings led the people to examine more closely at themselves and to seek holiness and a close relationship with Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our faith. Some say their happiness remains in their hearts to this day. Many want us to hold such events again every year. Yes, that’s exactly what we want to do. We are confident that the best is yet to come. We pray and hope that all this will be done according to God's will and according to His providence.

This is our first evangelistic meeting in Shillong city. We have learned a lot about many things and we thank God for this experience he has given us. We hope by the grace of God we will continue to improve in the future. We are happy that the work of God has been accomplished in these three days. The messages fell on the ears of those who heard. We firmly believe that it has not been sown in vain or labored in vain but that it will bear fruit to true reformation and repentance by the grace of God.

Glory be to the living and true God through Jesus Christ, His Son. Amen.
